Graham Doig

 

During the day Graham is the Director of Communications and Infrastructure at RPI. At night he is the musical conductor, sound engineer, or orchestra member for many high school or community musicals, including Proctor's Theatre. He has performed in hundreds of musicals and concerts including: Aretha Franklin, The Rat Pack, Will Rodgers Follies and Tommy Tune in Dr. Dolittle. In addition to being a classically trained pianist and accompanist, Graham is also an accomplished trombonist. He is also the developer for the first on line registration system for NYSSMA Solo and Ensemble Festivals, which is responsible for registering thousands of students every year. In addition, Graham is a very sought after accompanist for NYSSMA and college auditions. Some of the musicals he has directed or performed in are: Annie Get Your Gun, Into the Woods, Cinderella {Whitney Houston version}, Jekyll and Hyde the Musical, Nunsense, West Side Story, Beauty and the Beast, Godspell, Anything Goes, Forum,Annie,Les Mis,Miss Saigon, SweeneyTodd, The Pirates of Penzance, Footloose, Wicked, Forever Plaid, Bye Bye Birdie, Follies, Pippin, My Fair Lady, A Chorus Line, A Christmas Carol, Big River, Ain't Misbehavin', Kiss Me Kate, Seussical, Dream Girls, Baby, Big The Musical, Fiddler on the Roof, The Fantastiks, Legally Blonde, Little Shop of Horrors, Little Women, Thoroughly Modern Millie, The Most Happy Fella, Tom Sawyer, Willy Wonka, The Tale of Cinderella, Orphan Train, Snow Queen. Grease, The Mystery of Edwin Drood, Company, Jesus Christ Superstar, Getting My Act Together, Pal Joey, Sweet Charity, Mack and Mabel, Something's Afoot, Man of LaMancha, White Christmas and Theda Bara and the Frontier Rabi, Rent, The Addams Family and many more. Normally this would end with what Graham does in his spare time but he dosen't have any spare time!

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kimberly Benkurt

 

 

 Kimberly Benkurt has a passion for helping young performers achieve their potential and she could not have asked for a more talented group of girls with whom to work. Kimberly was raised on the performing arts in her hometown of Penfiels, NY. Kimberly was trained in theatre, singing, and dance at the Rochester Association of the Performing Arts. She studied ballet, tap and jazz for thirteen years.
